A native of Washington Heights, New York, Cecilio Rosario has an affinity for sports that started back when adjusting the rabbit ears on a tiny black & white TV was a frustratingly regular (yet worthwhile) occurrence. For over a decade, Cecilio crafted advertising copy for major brands, and has written about sports since his days with the Hackley Dial. Cecilio’s favorite teams are the New York Jets, Yankees, and Knicks; he also swears Tino Martinez’ game-tying home run in Game 4 of the 2001 World Series almost reached his spot in the bleachers.
